Refund policy

Change of mind returns & Exchanges:
Because our Gutter Guard kits are a custom-building material and every order placed is “made-to-order”, put together, measured, and cut for each individual job we cannot accept change of mind returns or exchanges.

Damages and issues:

As per Australian Consumer Law for faulty, damaged, or incorrect products sent by UltraGuard, we will provide a replacement product or a refund. Proof of purchase must be provided, and our team will advise whether a replacement or refund is available.

Please inspect your order upon receiving the goods and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you received the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Please note that you have 7 days from the date of invoice to dispute your order.

If you believed you received an incorrect or damaged item you can contact us at sale@ultraguard.com.au  for assistance.  We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Sale Items & Gift Cards:

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
